We use 925 Sterling Silver, 18K Gold Vermeil, and Rose Gold plating. All metals are BIS Hallmarked, nickel-free, and hypoallergenic. We prioritize ethically sourced materials and responsible craftsmanship.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery is available for ₹199 and arrives within 2–3 business days. All orders above ₹2,999 receive free standard shipping.

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your sacred piece in real time.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, our artisans begin the packaging process. Please contact us immediately at hello@gathajewels.com if you need to make changes.

We offer a 14-day graceful return policy. The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original sacred packaging (box, pouch, story card). To initiate a return, email us at hello@gathajewels.com with your order number.

Personalised, engraved, or bespoke pieces cannot be returned. Items purchased during final sale events (marked as "Final Sale") and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
